This has been my favorites spot I’ve camped in the past month. These sites are walk in right along the Yoho River and in view of Takakkaw Falls. Parking is a bit of a hassle as the falls are an easy hike that tourists come to the park for. The walk from the parking lot to the edge of the campground is 300m but they do provide wheel barrows to move gear. If you’re really interested in camping here reserve in advance. If a spot has not been reserved 48hours prior to a given date it becomes first come first served. HOWEVER these sights do not become available until roughly 0830 the day of when the rangers post the list at the kiosk. Getting a spot can be cut throat as they are prized by campers and hikers. It is right along the Yoho valley trail, has food lockers, water, locking dumpsters and pit toilets. Each site has a pad, table, and fire pit. There was a fire ban when I was there but like other parks Canada campgrounds split wood is provided with your fee. Campsite was incredibly affordable and well maintained
