Excellent place to stay

We stayed in site 185. While it was one of the more expensive sites in the park it was well worth it. The nice lady that answered the phone made the recommendation when I told her I’d like somewhere for my kids to run. They’re 5 and 3. We ended up spending more time sitting and watching them just play in the grass than we really thought.

The restrooms near 185 were large and very clean. They were up to date and comfortable to shower in, etc. campground was the cleanest we’d ever been to and extremely easy to navigate.

We were in town for Callaway Gardens pumpkin event. We will definitely stay here again. Couldn’t have been happier honestly.

Close to Callaway Gardens

We stayed here in December to visit the lights at Callaway Gardens. You can’t book your site in advance, just the site type. We booked a premium pull-thru spot. When we arrived, there were a ton of open spots but they put us next to other campers.

The sites are long and ours was pretty level, but they are not in the best shape. The patio area was overgrown and essentially non-existent. The sewer hookup looked like it had been run over and was being held up with a rock.

At $70/night with taxes, the price is high for what you get.

An RV Parking lot

We had a 3 night stay at this park. You don’t get to pick your site and they cluster everyone right next to each other even though there was plenty of open spaces. The spaces were super close to each other. Our picnic table was right next to the neighbors sewage. There was dual sewage drains however one was cracked in several pieces and was leaking around the ground so we were unable to use it. Apparently, it’s common that they are broken. There were many amenities. For the price, I would have expected more out of the site. We stayed only one night and left for another campground, half the cost and way better. I gave three stars because there were so many amenities.

Large parks with endless options

Large corporate resort with options for everyone's needs. On the expensive side at $450 per week for an RV site. Cable only offered in certain areas of the park.

True resort includes pool, hot tub, fitness room, activity building, laundry, multiple dog runs and bathhouses. Baths could use an update.

There are yurts of all sizes and cabins too.

Was a great location for us to visit friends. Best RV sites are those in purple...Long concrete pull thrus. Those in pink are very wooded, not very level and close together.

Nice campground

Campground is fairly large with lots of sites for RVs, a few Cabins, yurts, and even tent sites. There is a really nice and well maintained pool, hot tub, and splash area for small kids. The RV sites near the pool are concrete pads and well spaced out. The sites below the pool area are a little tighter and un-level and our lot was covered in ants. Since we arrived late at night we didn’t realize the amount of ants until we woke up to them crawling all over our camper. 30 amp circuit was not adequate. The breaker continually tripped while using small kitchen appliances. Other than that we had a great time and really appreciated the trash pickup twice a day and the Dollar General that was only a 1/4 mile down the road.

Higher Price for not a lot

This park as raised its prices and no longer offers the Good Sam discount. The pool and playground are nice. It also has a nice building available for groups to rent. Other than that.. the price is high for what you get.

Great campground

We stayed here overnight on the way to Fl and wished we could have stayed here longer. The campground is very clean and has a great pool area. The pool area has a kids pool and hot tub along with the regular inground pool. There are not many trees in the campground for shade but if you have an awning it shouldn't make to much of a difference.

Nice but don’t cancel.

There is only one thing I find as a negative. There new policy of full (non-refundable) payment is now required when you make your reservation. Unless you want to pay an up charge for your nightly rate.

Nice RV resort

We enjoyed our stay at Pine Mountain RV Resort. Our site had full hook ups to include cable TV and grass on both side of the RV which was great for our fur babies. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub water was green with stuff floating in it. I rated the place four stars, would have been five is we could have used the hot tube.
