Nice, a bit distant from town
Good facilities, including cable ( a rarity these days ). Had to drive our scooter 10 miles to town, beaches, lighthouse, or any historical sites or better restaurants. Staff friendly enough.

This review is written as a short stay versus a destination campground (CG). Our RV GPS and Waze took us to the Pensacola area, and then we followed the email instructions for coming in Eastbound on I-10 and taking exit 7A. They are the second RV park on Wilde Lake Blvd, 1/2 mile past the large Wilde Lake Church on the left. Check-in was super friendly and we were escorted to pull through site 64 with FHUs. 50 psi on water, 5 bars on Verizon, and a good shot to the north sky as requested for Starlink as this was Super Bowl Sunday. They had cable but we didn't use it. We were in what seemed to be their short-term area. The sites were close together but we did have a little brick patio with a picnic table. Solid CG for a few days.
The staff at this RV Park are friendly and helpful. The gravel sites are well maintained and level. If you need to do laundry, there are four washers and dryers that are reasonably priced. There are a combination of back in and pull through sites with FHUs. No problems encountered with the 50 amp power supply, water pressure, or sewer connection. There is a catch and release pond that you can walk around. I love the beautiful old oak trees throughout the park.
Easy to find. Staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. But a bit to open for my overlanding heart.
the staff was kond and this is a nice well kept park to visit. We stayed for a month our t-mobile internet wasn’t the best but i would stay here again.
Very nice & organized RV park. Large RV spots & very clean. Would stay again.
This is a very nice military camground. There are definitely some sites that are better than others, and unfortunately you cant request a specific site, but no matter where you park, you arent far from the beautiful white sand beach. The sites are all full hookup, they have bathhouses, laundry and a social room. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and the people here have all been very nice. First day here, the Blue Angels flew in and we are hoping to watch them practice this week. There is the avaiation museum, a lighthouse, golf course, walking/biking trails and beautiful beaches. Lots of great places to walk or ride bikes!
I really like this place. It's right off the interstate. Close to a lot of food. Close to a lot of things to do.
One of the things I like is that you have everything here. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. The only thing is it's a little cramped. But as long as you don't mind being right next to your neighbor it's a great place. They have a pool, laundry facility, little area where you can get some snacks and food. Make sure you tell them if you are military, retiree, Good Sam's member when you check in. You get 10% off.
I stayed here for 6 weeks. Highly recommendable- a very clean, friendly and well run family RV park - close to major highways, restaurants, groceries and other amenities. Popular with pet owners.
I needed a place on my trip across Interstate 10. This place is very easy to get too, has a gas station on the way, and is clean. Not the kind of place I’d want to hang out. Not many shaded spots. Fit the bill for what I needed and I’m happy I found it. The people are super nice too.
