Went with my mom and sister, we had a great time in the city and at the beach but the staff seem annoyed. The stay wasn’t cheap so you expect a little more effort from the staff to make you feel welcomed. The other RVers were very friendly.

We have visited many places in Florida and many beaches, but since we loved this place without words, I want to visit it again

The location is everything! The RV park is super nice, but the fact that you are in the middle of all the restaurants, public beach and shops is the real winner here. Wash your cares away at numerous tiki bars basically onsite and then walk back to your camper. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this isn’t the place for you. If you are looking for a libel place to stay, then look no further!

This resort is the perfect location to visit Pensacola Beach. Lots of tourist things to do: playing in the sand, eating in every restaurant imaginable, fishing, recreation, etc.

Close to Ft. Pickens where we not only saw the fort, but the Blue Angels practice.

If you want secluded beaches here are several nearby, but if your don't mind a few mire people walk across the street.

Great location across from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very clean, safe friendly environment. Also dog friendly!!! Highly recommended!

This is our 3rd time here we pay a lot of extra money for premium site only to find out that they have a tiki bar directly behind us . Partly spoiling our view but the worst part is lots of people walking through our site to get to bar . This includes workers at bar pulling through supplies on carts . People drunk outside our camper cursing and swearing at night . We came for beautiful relaxing time not happening . The place looks lovely and we have enjoyed it immensely until this time . Also people not using dog park and dogs shitting on our premium site . Next to us had a family that had 4 RVs and they all congregated at the one beside us taking over part of our lot . I couldn’t hardly use my outdoor shower without 20 or more people there . This place has really changed . We won’t be back will look in destin probably for the future.

This place is perfect

This was our first trip in our Airstream. Loved every minute at PCB rv.  great views, great tiki bar, great location.

Great RV Park if you enjoy the beach. Not easy to get to, but certainly worth the effort. Looking forward the our next opportunity to visit.

No site is bad and they have just opened their Tiki bar
