Ended up staying here last minute and we were so glad we did. Only stayed one night but it was great and wish we were staying longer.

We stayed Dec ‘21 to March ‘22. This campground has 2 new camping areas with concrete pads and fire rings. When you first enter, there are several back in camping spots before you reach the office/activity center. The middle section is a large group of permanent trailers and some are a bit if an eye sore. Unfortunately, there are some RV spots in the area too so I would recommend being careful with your reservation. I would not want to camp in that area. Finally, the best area, in my opinion, is the lower area by the river and pool. There are not permanent spots and there is ample room between camping spots. This area also has mature trees so there is some shade in areas. We do have reservations for next winter.
