This is a “parking space “ without facilities except for water and electricity. Not cheap but located not far from downtown.

Easy to reserve and pull up and park but there are were no showers. Bathrooms available. Very quiet, next to the golf course. Shade available at some parts of the lot but not all.

Just a simple RV park outside of the campgrounds! I was happy to stay here in my van while in town to work. Great hot showers and quiet. Shore power plug in. No water at my site and never found a place to dump out. Great access to highway, arroyo burro dog beach and groceries!
