Great spot for a quick stay
No running water and very minimal cell service but great spot overall.

Nice sites. Awesome location. Quiet and not too busy. Close to the Tonto Cliff Dwellings. Lots of fun to hike around the lake. Sites all had tables and coverings as well as fire pits with bbq
Really amazing views of the lake and mountains across from site 203 and around.
Bathrooms are pretty nice with flush toilets and running water.
There are many accessible sites, bathrooms as well.
Campsites are close and there are a ton of them but the campground is basically empty... we can see every star in the night sky.
Absolutely no noise except the coyotes and my two crying baby’s 😀
Verizon Lte works pretty well, 2 bars and 1.5mb/s without antenna and 10-20 mb/s with antenna.
There is a nice dock on the lake. Tonto national Monument is 5 miles up the road and really cool to see!
Gas and food is not close, so bring what you need.
We would stay longer if we could.
Right on beautiful Theodore Roosevelt Lake. Nice sites, decently spaced (except 204 and 205 are pretty tight), beautiful 360* mountain views. Well kept. Nick, the host, is friendly and helpful. There are no showers, but there are a few flush toilets. No water hookups, but potable water is available at the restrooms. No electric sites, but we had all the 110 power we needed from our solar panels/inverter system. I’d give this 5 stars if there were a dump station, but there isn’t. The boat launch is very nice.
If you have a boat the campsites are close to the water and large
