The sites are very large and level. Very well maintained. Washington and St George are really cool too.
Absolutely beautiful views, extremely clean and super nice amenities!! We would definitely stay here again!!
We did a one night stay last night. June 18th 2022 to june 19th 2022. The facilities are well maintained. Clean showers and laundry room. They had bags to play and basket ball area with balls to use. The fenced dog runs are clean and maintained. The trash area was clean with a clever sign of tralier trash on it. The details made the stay even better besides just having the necessities. There is plenty of food choices near by and gas stations.
very well-kept place can only be recommended, also very good for large rigs! Gas stations, restaurants, groceries, all within a 10-minute drive
This is a great place to stay if you have a motorhome or trailer. Stay a few days or several, explore the many amazing sights and parks within close proximity (an hour). It’s a very new park which is very clean and staff is super nice and helpful. Spots are close together but very easy to park and set up. They have full amenities too!
This is not your scenic campground but is perfect for amenities. Laundry open 24/7. Nice new facility. Cookie to greet you upon checkin. Playground, sports complex, outdoor gathering place with gas firepit and plenty of seating, dog run at both ends of the part, nicely paved roads in and easy to park in spots.
Right off the highway so there is road noise but you’re close to town to stock up on essentials or get delivery!
This is a great, clean, relatively affordable spot to spend the night on your way to the sites in Southern Utah. This place is new, so it's very clean. No mature trees. Next to a residential neighborhood. Pretty quiet. Spots are easy to get into and pretty wide.

We typically dry camp but opted to stay the last night on the road in a RV resort. So glad we picked this place. I think they opened a year ago but the place is still very new looking and clean. You can hear the traffic from the freeway, but I think the grounds + amenities make up for it. Big leveled spaces, playground for the kiddos, sports court, clean bathrooms/showers, and a small dog run area. Great friendly service at the front desk as well...we got a complimentary cookie when checking in! Stayed on a Saturday night and the park was less than half full...don’t think the word is out yet still on this place!
This RV park is so new, construction is not done on some of the amenities like the pickle ball court and basketball court. That said, we were impressed with the roads (wide) and spots (33’ feet wide, 80’ long). Every site has 50 amp service. This park is truly big rig friendly. There is freeway noise, but during the summer, you can’t hear it when you have A/C on. GPS cannot find it yet, so call ahead to get directions. Reservation system allows you to pick your site ahead of time.
