I try to give everything and everyone a chance.. but this place makes it hard. There are drugs being dealt out of the back of the park from one of the full-time trailer residents. The owner is aware of it and has been asked to handle it many times but has done nothing. Cops frequently drive through and watch the entrance to see who comes and goes. At any given time of the night, there will be people walking through the park to get their fix. The site manager is an alcoholic who likes to only talk to the women. There's also a registered sex offender living in the park. Some of the neighbors are nice and the monthly spot rental is only $450. So stay at your own risk.

This is the only RV park in Jackson, Tennessee. It is right off I 40 and it runs along side the interstate which will make it rather noisy with all the truck traffic. This is a well established permanent mobile home park. The RV's that are not long term are parked at the front of the park. When you pull into the park you will need to drive through the park and back up the other lane and the sites are all pull thru. There are full hook ups but I would make this a one night stand for me unless you need to live and work in the area. Park needs some clean up and maintenance. The RV's are sitting on top of each other.
