Quiet Campground

Most of RV sites have full hookups with large concrete pads. There are several pull throughs Boat ramp, playground and peer are within campground. Bathrooms are spotless.

Some sites are big rig friendly but choose wisely.

Quiet; lots of trees

We love Lake Murray but had never stayed at Rock Tower. It was surprisingly quiet and heavily wooded; a nice refuse from the sun. The camp host knew our names, our friends names and which spot we were going to be in. They were so welcoming! The kids found plenty to do exploring near the camp site and chasing the feral pig (yes, that’s right) that came walking through a few times. There’s a beach near by with picnic tables that is still well shaded and kept beautifully. It’s not too crowded unless it’s a holiday. The clear water lake is GORGEOUS and makes swimming more fun for any kids afraid of water critters, since you can see at least 10 feet down!

Several Lakefront Sites

We've camped here several times. Sites are mostly level and several are lakefront. Trees for hammocks. No trails but you can venture off in the woods if adventurous.

Quiet, Clean, Lake Access

This camp ground at Lake Murray is one of my favorite spots! It is one of the smaller camp grounds on the lake and tends to be less rowdy than some of the others. There are several sites right on the water that you can pull your boat and/or jet skis up to.

Loved it

Our site backed up to the crystal clear lake. Very secluded. Clean and quiet camp ground. Our kids loved it. Will defiantly be back !
