Welcome to The Old Barn Resort, nestled near Preston, MN. This place is a gem for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a mix of relaxation and activities. The campground is open from April 1 to October 31, and it's got a lot to offer.

First off, the Root River Bike Trail System runs right along the campground, making it a prime spot for biking and running. If you're into water activities, the river is perfect for tubing. You can float down one side of the campsite and pull out on the other—it's a blast!

The campground itself is pretty spacious, with sites that aren't too crowded. It's got full hook-ups, so you won't be roughing it too much. There's also a covered pool, which is great for a dip whether it's sunny or rainy. And if you don't feel like cooking, the on-site restaurant and bar have you covered. They even have an outdoor bar area with slushy drinks and games.

For families, there are small playgrounds and a pool, though the shallowest part is 4'6", which might be a bit deep for the littlest ones. The campground is also pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along.

Golfers will be happy to know there's a golf course right on the property. And if you're into stargazing, the lack of city lights makes for some incredible night skies.

Overall, The Old Barn Resort is a fantastic spot to kick back, enjoy some outdoor activities, and soak in the beautiful Minnesota scenery. Whether you're biking, tubing, or just lounging by the pool, there's something here for everyone.
