State Park
William Mitchell State Park is a popular camping, fishing, and boating destination. The 660-acre park is situated between Lake Mitchell and Lake Cadillac, providing excellent opportunities to view a variety of wildlife. The quarter-mile Clam Lake Canal connects the two lakes. Under road walkthrough by canal to get from one lake to another. The canal is in the Guinness Book of World Records!
Fee Info
Michigan Recreation Passport is required for vehicle entry into state parks and recreation areas, state boat launches, state forest campgrounds, and state trail parking lots.
