Great place to stay
Friendly staff got us checked in and to our site quickly. Spacious, level sites with concrete patio and nice grass lawn. It’s new so shade trees were small but that will change.
Great Stop
We just stopped for the night. The host was amazing and helpful.
The campground was very clean.
You could hear some interstate noise but not enough to keep you awake.
Had a hot tub that was actually hot and clean.
Stayed in lot E9, right next to the showers/bathrooms. Which were new and very clean. Timer on the shower heads and lots of room.
Pad was gravel and level. Great patio and table.
The fire pit rocked.
Two sewers with 50 amp.
Internet was fast and we were able to stream and work at the same time.

Modern amenities, difficult stay
Impeccably maintained park. I was really impressed when we arrived for a quick overnight stay during the off season. Bathrooms/showers were modern and clean. I was a little disappointed when I first called to book our stay informing the owner we might be coming in late. Originally, I said that I was going to come in around 11 and I was told to stay in the Walmart parking lot and that it was too late to get a refund. Not happy. We had to adjust our schedule to come in earlier which wasn’t ideal. The owner was more accommodating knowing that we were doing so. Unfortunately, they called numerous times, changing locations, leaving flashing lights and being really over protective. It’s clear they spent a ton of money on this park and want to keep it nice. But, I found the constant calls a bit overkill. The location of this park was a bit strange as well, in an industrial complex, but you could see the canyon from the park.
Great new RV Park
Loved our stay here. Brand new by only a few months when we stayed. The staff was great going above and beyond in every category, the place was spotless. They have spots in the back and side separated for long term. Good water pressure and WIFI. Showers and bathrooms were great. Spa is broken and needing repair but overall we loved this place. We will definitely return.

Very nice campground
Awesome campground. Friendly staff. Very well maintained.
Nice clean RV Park
Very nice RV Park. Very clean with super nice staff. Only complaints are snail pass WIFI and low water pressure. The rest of the park is beautiful and will kept.
Very very nice
Very nice park and nice staff. Bathroom and showers were very nice and the landscaping and dog park were nice. Centrally located. Would definitely return. We only stayed one night.
Great site near many attractions
Wonderful new rv park. Great for big rigs. Lot to offer with games and pool. We visited the Palisades and hiked in Colorado National Monument. Bathhouse facilities like a grand hotel. We also road our mountain bikes all around. Can hear highway noise during day but minimal st night.

New Campground on I-70
Newly opened and not packed yet. No trees for shade, but they have planted quite a few. One of the do run areas is just weeds and a culvert that doesn't drain, so beware if you have water/mud loving dogs.
A full timer next to me said he was charged $5 for EACH of the two Amazon orders he received. Ouch.
The I-70 noise goes on day and night of course, but it's so hot so I've been inside with the AC on and can't hear it.
The staff is quite polite.
Looks New and clean
This place has a lot of amenities. Pool, spa, playground, laundry, pickle ball, propane fill, recycle. Pretty impressive. And the views of the Mountains surrounding it are awesome. When the trees grow up, there will be shade, but not for a few years. They designed this place perfectly.
New resort with nicely spaced sites for a private CG
The resort has only been open 6 weeks and is quite nice. We have a 36 ft Class A with a Cherokee Trailhawk tow and stayed in site B02 for 4 days in mid June. The temperatures were into the 100’s in the area. The sites are nice, more widely spaced than most private CGs and the sites are angled, so you’re not looking directly in your neighbor’s windows. The sites are gravel, with a concrete patio, a“grassy” area, table and fire pit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is close to I-70 and the road noise is quite noticeable if you’re outside. The restrooms, showers and pool are very nice. The WiFi was fair with speeds of around 0.5 MB/s. AT&T coverage was good, with 2-4 Bars of LTE service and speeds up to about 6 MB/s. There are no tall trees at the sites(yet), so we were able to get DISH coverage on all three western satellites at our site. There were 19 OTA channels to be had with our fixed omni antenna. There are about 30 wineries in the Grand Junction, Clinton& Palisade area. Two of the three we visited, TWP and Colorado Vintners Collective, had some very nice offerings.
