This is an RV parking spot in the Heritage District of the Town of Gilbert. The Heritage District is home to our weekly Farmer’s Market, a bike trail along the canal, splash pad, parks, restaurants, breweries, cocktail lounges, bars, and shopping. This area is known for being safe, friendly, and very walkable. The RV spot is a 0.3 mile walk to a fish taco shop, a cocktail lounge and an art gallery, 0.4 mile walk away from the Farmer’s Market, the nearest ice cream shop and a historic BBQ restaurant, 0.5 mile walk to a performing arts venue, a dog friendly brewery with a dog “spaw”, and an arcade! We love it here and think you will too.



Gilbert Heritage District RV Campsite

Thank you for stopping by! The Cozy Peach opened in 2018 and currently is home to 9 vintage trailers ready to welcome you for a comfortable, cozy glamourous camping experience! We provide everything you need to truly enjoy you camping experience here at Schnepf Farms. Schnepf Farms is a 4th generation family farm that is open to the public to visit Thursday- Sunday 8:30am to 4pm. Schnepf Farms welcomes it's visitors to pick from our U-Pick Vegetable Garden (pay for what you pick) or stop by The Country Store and Bakery for fresh pastries and Schnepf canned goods. The Cozy Peach is just a short walk to the farm and our guests are welcome to visit and explore the farm from 8am to 4:30pm While at The Cozy Peach, there is plenty of space to walk around, or plenty of seating to watch the sunset and rise. There are several lawn games such as cornhole, ping pong and you can even borrow tabletop games from your host. We encourage our guests to disconnect from technology and any stress you might have and reconnect with each other. The Cozy Peach at Schnepf Farms

Set in the northeast Valley of metro Phoenix, McDowell Mountain Regional Park covers 21,099 acres in the lower Verde River basin. Campers choose from 76 individual sites for tent or RV camping, which can accommodate up to a 45-foot RV. These developed sites have water and electrical hook-ups, plus a dump station, picnic table, and barbecue fire ring, while all restrooms offer flush toilets and showers. Group camping is also available.

McDowell Mountain activities range from biking, hiking, and horseback riding on over 50 miles of multi-use trails to picnicking, stargazing, and plenty of park-organized programs and events.
