All spots are very level. Staff was very friendly and responsive to any needs. Again located in close proximity to several beautiful places like Rock City and Ruby Falls .
The camp is basically a gravel road . Spots are extremely tight and not designed well at all . I would rather boon-dock at Walmart then stay there. Very poor customer service. They will not even pick up your trash bag . Other parks we have stayed at help you with your propane tanks by picking them up at your site taking them and fill and return to your site. NOT HERE. You remove your tank , you haul it and set in a unsecured area and come back the next day and pick up. The tanks are heavy and I pulled my back out lifting them back in place. All the while camp staffers blazes past on golf carts constantly. They never stopped or offered help .Senior citizens appreciate helpful friendly service. This park is non customer friendly or helpful on several levels Piss poor . Don’t go
This park is not only absolutely beautiful, the high level customer service makes your stay even more enjoyable. Want a slice of Tennessee? This is it. All RV parks should take note. This is how it is done. Amazing views of the lake. Beautiful level concrete pads. Spacious sites for everyone. Totally impressed! We stayed in the winter. I can imagine the summer months are incredible Go Go Go
The price is not worth what you get. Sounds and looks great via computer. Spots are described as water front . Totally not true. We were charged full price of 86.06 per night for a spot without full hook up. The second day we were abruptly informed that we were in the wrong spot and we were demanded to move. We told the manager that we would just leave and asked for a refund for the 2nd night. After arguing for 30 minutes we were told we would get half off for the second Night . Terrible customer service for sure Place is a rip off for sure . We are local and will never go back
