Great find on our way North from Florida to Missouri. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the interstate. Quiet, mostly shady spots. Only stayed one night while in transit but it's definitely on the list of return spots when we're in the neighborhood!

Beautiful, well maintained park. Stayed 2 nights and made plans to return for a week. Stayed in A loop. The A&B loops are well spaced and mostly shaded with fairly level gravel pads. Bathhouse was clean and well lit. Roads around the loops were narrow but there were big 5th wheel rigs so its doable. We were there in the middle of the week and it wasn't crowded at all. Plenty of FC FS sites even though the signage at the main turnoff to Oswald rd said no RV electric sites. We walked over to loops C&D and E&F and those loops were still quite spacious although not many electric sites that we noticed. The trails are what really makes this an all around great campground. Several hikes for all levels. We did the Benton Falls hike and it was lovely! 3 miles RT. Fall color was just peaking 🍂 Fire pits with cooking grates, lantern posts and picnic tables were clean and well kept. If you're in the area, put this one on your list! You won't be disappointed! The views are killer! 👍

Campground is beautiful with lots of room in between sites. Mostly shaded with big trees. Clean Bath House at the main entrance. Bath House #2 was locked for our stay. Picnic table and fire pit were clean. Site #53

Convenient interactive reservation website. Friendly check in and escort to site. Sites are nicely spaced apart and mostly shady. Most have tables and gas grills. 50/50 split it seemed with gravel pads and older concrete pads. Grassy areas were nice. Camp store was stocked with basics. Restroom/showers were dated but clean. This place is directly across the street from a huge flea market which was fun to walk around on the weekend! They also had a car show going on. That was a nice bonus!

Last minute reservation. Site was hot, hot, hot in the blazing FL sun. Dirt pad. Power pedestal was good and consistent. Sites are super close together though. Checking in was a breeze and they were really nice. Escort to site and thorough explanation of amenities. Restrooms/showers were clean. All in all ok, for camping in town. Clean and safe, just not really like camping…
