This is a great campground. The Hosts were super friendly. Clean w/ hot showers.
Good campground w/ paved spots. Cool fire pits and wood burning stoves.
Super nice and clean. Flush toilet and running water.
We snagged the last available spot. Great view. On the creek. Short hike to lake.
Found this spot late in the day. Nice spot for a quick overnighter.
Had a great night of relaxing. On our way over Sonora Pass.
This a a great campground. It is very well kept. Walking distance to the beach, the Monarch Butterfly Preserve and town.
There are only a few sites. But, cleanest pot toilets I’ve ever seen. Really nice area half way between Minturn and Leadville.
Really nice campground. Close to RMNP. Big lake.
Really liked this area. Bike, boat and hiking right from sight.
Great spot below Crested Butte. We could hear the river as we relaxed.
Really nice campground. Great facilities. But, pricey with having to buy a day pass on top of camp fees.
The campsites were spread well apart. Clean facilities and restrooms. Really nice spot in the forest.
Super close to town. Right on the lake. MTB trails right out of the park.
I really like this campground. It is well kept and clean. Away from town. But, an easy drive or bike ride to get there.
I would stay there again. The campground is kept clean by the Hosts. It is the only first come first served campground on the coast.
The campsites are too close together. Beach access is across the hwy and not the safest to get too.
I was lucky to roll in on a late Sunday afternoon and snag a last minute spot. Beach is a good surf spot. Sites are good sized and not too close to each other. Bathrooms have token showers.
The campground is just a parking lot. But, for $40 a night it is in a great location to start your water sport take off. I used the nearby ramp to launch my SUP and paddle around the marina/s.
We really wanted to stay here. The creek is still running. But, the campground sites need a lot of repair. All of the asphalt is crumbling.
