the sites were pretty small, just barely able to fit four 2-person tents, and you have to drive to get to the nearest lake, but it’s very close to Crystal Lake and a bunch of pretty trails. The bathrooms are clean but no showers or anything.
It’s still under renovation so there’s no water at the sites and the bathrooms are currently port-o-pottys which can be a little unfortunate over the weekend since they aren’t serviced and can get smelly. Also the doors shutting all night was annoying and louder than you might think. The lake was really pretty, waist-deep and pretty warm, but had tons of seaweed which I didn’t want to swim through. There is a trail that leads up to a waterfall, but we forgot to download the map beforehand and didn’t have any cell service at the campground. Would suggest downloading all the google maps and AllTrails routes before heading out.
