So far so good, everything is in working order, everything is clean. The leaves are falling like crazy so that will be a big effort to get clean. Price to stay is phenomenal compared to the last KOA. If anything changes for good or bad I'll add to this review.

This is our second KOA, to say we are disappointed is an under statement. Very unkept, not mowed, floods on most spots and we have been here for a while. Staff are friendly and helpful if something is needed but don't expect them to do anything without asking first.
