LOUD campground with no help to quiet folks down. This is a largely tent campground and drunks until 2am can really mess up a trip. The tent site we had was right out in the hot sun with no shade or privacy. Ask for the wooded areas! It was a wonderful location with lots of wildlife and very clean! A bull elk tried to eat our clothes which was funny. A Bison stayed behind our tent the entire time too. The showers are not too far and very clean.
We tent camped with 3 kids for 4 nights in July. It was amazing. A bit loud on the one night and no ranger coming through but the views and beauty outweigh the loud people.
We camped there for the first time this week and loved it! It is mostly quiet and very clean. The Kings River was beautiful and while we didn’t catch a lot off the banks fishermen in the boats caught plenty. The waterfront sites were close together but the one back from the water were roomy. The swim Area has no beach but is roped off. This campground is close to a lot of fun things to do!
It was nice and cool too with the wind off the water. The Dockside Pub was a great place to eat too!
This has become our favorite family campground. The sites on the lake are awesome and large. The showers are clean and private. Fishing is great! My kids love it too!
I grew up camping here and I love to bring my kids to Arlie Moore. Out of the way peaceful. Fishing is not always the best but still relaxing!
The only reason I didn’t give a 5 is the partying kids across from us. They partied hard cussing and loud music until 3 am two nights in a row.
This is s wonderful park I grew up camping at. You can rent a boat and fish all day. Play in the waterfall or walk the great trails!
We all loved this park! Our sites were good size and perfect for us. We stayed in 17 and 15. 17 was very large but the table was way away from the pad and people were always walking thru because it was the start of a trail. 15 was nice size but the site to the right was close. We will try for 17 again! We walked to the Dino tracks from our sites too! Fishing was good.
The only really disappointing thing was the store claimed to have a food truck you could eat from and had hours posted but it was not open our entire four day stay in mid June!
We love camping at Devils Den every spring! The trails are great and have beautiful views. The rangers and staff in the shop are very nice. Bring what you need the nearest store is about 20 minutes out and the restaurant is not that good.
