Really had a great time here! This was one of the cleanest, easiest, and funnest campgrounds we’ve been too! The kids had plenty of hiking, swimming, and kayaking to do…the rock jumping was awesome! 30 foot jump!!!! Warm water and Mount Rushmore was legit and super close. Going to go back!

We went into the San Isabel National Forest and could not find a spot. We down the mountain off hwy 165 we found this spot. It was a one night trip and our only complaint was the highway noise.

This was a cool campsite. We pulled in at night in July and had four spots with different RVs/Pop-Ups…kids had plenty of space, river was rushing, two hiking trails, in between both campsites. Not great for fishing. Reserve or first come, first serve.

Family has been coming for years. The family has property in Colorado city and we still love to come to local mountain! Great fishing, clean, quiet, & plenty of space
