Loved this spot. Go out the road 5-8 miles and climb up a hill to come onto a plateau of all BLM dispersed spots. We found a perfect spot tucked into the trees to help avoid some wind we were having. Did have minimal cell service (ATT, so also works in Tmo). Wouldn’t bring a camper up here, as it is bumpy the entire way out.
Went up a mile or so and right before the big area with the BLM signs and information we found a perfect pull off. Would recommend.
Not a lot of coverage from high wind! Good spot not far from Zion, but just be ready to get lots of wind down here.
Nice spot about 30 minutes (depending on where you land) from Bryce. We were in a high wind warning so were nervous about ensuring we had coverage from the wind, this spot was excellent for that. Constant 20 mph with gusts in the 40s and I bet we only get 15 max come through the trees. Woke up to snow!! Be prepared!
Can’t beat the location to Bryce. Took us 12 minutes to get to the park entrance. Just be sure to go where camping is allowed. Don’t be that person and ruin great spots like this for the rest of us!
Great location right off Cottonwood road in the Grand Staircase. About 14 miles if coming in from the North. If you go much further south towards Page, run into having less tree coverage, which in this area helps with the wind. Nice and flat area here, would certainly stop again.
Great spot right outside of Kanab. Found a pull off prior to the big flat area at the kiosk. Lots of space to park, flat.
Only about a half a mile from the south rim GC entrance this was a perfect spot. We went a few miles down the road and found us the perfect secluded spot. Would certainly recommend. Have t-mobile service and got very strong service here.
We stayed one night with our dog here a few weeks ago and it was really nice. Spent some time walking around checking out all the different cacti. Would certainly use this spot again. We have t-mobile service and although we had a few bars occasionally, the service was very minimal.
This place is very convenient to being just outside of Sedona. Lots of places to pull off. Certainly will have plenty of fellow dispersed folks. It's maintained well enough you have large campers, so if you want to get away a bit more I'd suggest going deeper down 525 after it splits.
