Lovely RV Resort

I’ve stayed here three times. The site I stayed in the first two times is no longer available for RV’s. I stayed in D2 this time and had plenty of room and privacy. I will say that if the hookup was on the other side of the site I’d have had a much better view. The ‘A’ sites at the lake side are very close together. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Good WiFi and quiet at night.

Friendly, clean, quiet & secluded

I stayed here with my RV in space #10 which has water, electricity and sewage hookups. The grounds a very attractive and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are clean bathrooms, showers & a dishwashing station. There is a store within walking distance. I would definitely return.

Lots of activities

Very friendly, helpful staff. We camped in our RV at two different sites. Very clean. We kayaked on the lake and went up Mount Howard on the tram where the views of the Eagle Cap wilderness were breathtaking. We also hiked up to Chief Joseph trail and did a loop back down to the campsite. Definitely somewhere I’d go back to.

Tightly Packed

I stayed in an RV spot (#2) with water and electricity. The RV sites are little more than a parking lot with very little space in between and no privacy. The facility is right next to Highway 101 but I only occasionally noticed noise. Because all but 2 of the other spots were open I enjoyed my stay with many opportunities for wildlife watching. I don't think it would have been as pleasant had the RV area been full.

The staff member I spoke to was very courteous and helpful.

Clean & walking distance from the reservoir

I camped in May and the water level was very low (26%). Others have commented on the small pads and that is true. I don't have a very big RV and the pad was only just big enough.

The bathrooms & showers appeared to be clean; although I didn't use either. Star gazing is stunning. The view from my spot was beautiful.

Some fellow campers were able to get cell phone service from the fishing platform.

The only thing that was really annoying is the fact that there is no dump station if one has a site without sewer hook up. The nearest is at Jasper Point which is about 2 miles or so away down a narrow, winding road. I found the concept of a campsite that allows RV's but has no dump station to be extremely annoying and seriously, who thought that was a good idea?
