Good location close to interstate to access all the cool towns and site seeing west of Denver. We stayed for softball tournament and we were very close to Lotz park and about 25 minutes from Westminister parks.

Spots were VERY CLOSE together so we didn’t like that at all. Definitely not the Colorado outdoorsy feel. A lot of long term folks there too. Neighborhood felt a little sketchy but we we didn’t have any issues.

Close to Prospect lake so a good place to walk dogs.

Facilities were very clean and well maintained.

We got in late and the owners stayed up to usher us in. Really nice folks. Roomy pull throughs. Did not check out indoor facilities as it was a quick stay.
