The sites were generous and facilities pretty good. It was a little muddy and I think we went in mosquito high season. I would probably not go again.
Some RV sites are pretty tight, while others are very comfortable. They do have a section of pull-thrus. Right on Rte 1, but still pretty quiet in the campground. Great location if you want to hit the beaches, Perkins cove, etc …
Located about 30 minutes south of Conway and on a bay that connects to Lake Ossippee, this is a great location and great campground. Very well spread out, with sites great for tents, pop-ups as well as the biggest of RV's. Excellent pools, including a kids pool and also a saltwater pool.
We were seasonal here for 3 years and still return each year to visit friends.
Pretty tight to maneuver bigger rigs. Sites are small-ish, but they work. The facilities are excellent, one night a brick oven pizza vendor came in. Great pools, lake, store, very clean and well maintained. Lots of little ones having a great time here.
Many pull-thru sites, maybe 20 back ins on a pond.
Nice staff, nice pool & facilities. Also, this is open year round.
Recent renovation and focus on the facilities have yielded excellent results. We have been three times now and will go many times again. Pull-thru and back in RV sites are very roomy and well laid out.
The owners renovated and expanded this campground and did a fantastic job. The back end of the campground is a salt marsh, campers can put in canoes and kayaks right from the campground. We love this place and the staff as well. The only reason I give if 4 instead of five stars is that there are only a few transient sites that can handle a camper over 30ft.
If you are looking for a New England oceanfront RV park, this is a great choice. It is basically a parking lot, but with full hookups and on the ocean. The ocean breezes are fantastic. One side of the campground is bordered by an inlet that fishing boats use to head out from the harbor. Another side is sand dunes, that are the south end of Hampton beach. You can't see the open ocean from the camp site, but you can see the inlet and walk right out onto the beach. It is really hard to find a beach campground with elbow room and full hookups. This is a great one. It is very difficult to get reservations as it is extremely popular.
