Nice area close to the beach. Great for star gazing and just relaxing.

Cell service was okay (T-Mobile) and there was cable TV as well as plenty of over the air stations.

Staff was friendly, guests were nice, pool was relaxing. Would go back.

55+ mobile home park. They have a few spots available.

We stayed for just under a week and enjoyed the quiet and friendly park.

As we walked the property, residents were friendly.

We didn't really use any of the facilities, but overall a great visit.

We pulled up late at night and in the middle of a bad rain storm.

Staff was wonderful, helpful, and nice. Had a minor electrical issue, but they fixed it almost immediately when I told them about it.

Because they are so nice and helpful, they bring in the crowds. It was hot, so the pool was full.

I would easily go back to let the kids play and swim and have fun despite me personally not being excited about how crowded it can get in peak season.

Spent Thanksgiving here as a way to just have a quiet relaxing time.

A lot of people pull in for the night since it's right off the highway and behind a Pilot/Flying J, but it was still quiet.

Got to chat at length with the owner and you can tell he cares about the property.

Will stay again when I'm in the area.
