Fun!

Great level campsites with lots of room. Picnic tables and fire pits at each site. There is a camp store with lots of goodies. It sells firewood, too. But there’s plenty to pick up in autumn.

Camped on the water at the height of leaf season. Each day was beautiful and peaceful. A great, relaxing getaway.

Showers and bathrooms are nice.

Loved it!

The campsites are clean and level. Camped with a few disabled campers, and the sites were very accessible. You can camp right on the water and the views are beautiful.

Showers and bathrooms on site. A swim beach with drive up access. Picnic tables, water, and fire pits at each campsite. Lots of shade to keep you cool in the summer.

Bonus: The camp hosts are friendly and super cool. They lead some amazing lives, ask them about digging up dinosaur bones.

Great park

This is a wonderful place to set up camp for a few days. Good fishing, swimming, and clean, level campsites. You can camp right by the water. Lots of shade in the summer to keep you cool. There are always some really great people there, too.

Picnic tables and fire pits at each site. Pit toilets and water spigots handy.

Great time, good amenities

The campsites are nice, and there are a lot to choose from, especially in the off season. It can get crowded and busy May-September. There is a park office with snacks, cool nature patches, and information about the area.

Good trails that range from 1 to 17 miles. Be sure to get a map so you take the right one.

Remote campground

Nice remote campground with nice scenery. Pit toilets, water spigot, creek nearby.
