We loved using government wash when we came in to Vegas to visit family but starting August 1st 2024 they have permanently closed government wash.

Beautiful camping area well maintained would expect it to be an actual fee Campground but it's disbursement. Each site has a picnic table and barbecue ring. Only bathrooms are at the entrance so bring your own. AT&t has decent signal

The view is beautiful. Spaces are decently spaced out so you're not super crowded. They are a little difficult to get into if you're in a large rig but not impossible. This time of year the road is pretty heavily rutted. It is late September.
