We Stayed here while doing some contract work in the area January- April 2021. Some of the sites are a a lil different with their arrangements. Smaller sites with only 30amp services. Some have full hookups…. most dont. an no dump station in the park.

I'd say that it's the best RV park in Roswell. Only suggestion that ai would have is that they enlarge their dog park. Showers, bathrooms, and pool weren't open while we stayed due to Covid.

Nice Older Park, Large, lots of things going on in the area between the Restaurant, Fruit Stand, Gas Station and the RV Park. But it definitely wasn't an issue getting around. Stayed there for the first weekend while in the area for work. The do supposedly have the 10 year rule in place.
