Great Campground

This is a nice campground by the Mark Twain Cave. The sites are spacious with nice big fire rings. The sites are gravel and are semi level but still need leveling. It was quiet and peaceful, a good nights rest passing through. The grounds are fairly tidy but could use some clean up. We had a nice corn hole area across from our site. Very easy to get to with GPS.

Friendly Campground!

This is a nice stop while passing through! The owners are the sweetest and very helpful and kept checking in to make sure everything was well. The grounds are tidy and the facilities are clean. They have a very well maintained pool. The campsites are spacious and well maintained. It is easy to find with GPS off of the highway. I would recommend staying here. The only issue is, it is somewhat close to the interstate, thus, you can hear the traffic and it can get a bit loud.

Nice Stop But Loud Next To Interstate

This is a nice spacious campground off of 70, very easy access to the interstate. The sites are roomy and have full hookups and covered picnic areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The cons are that it is right next to the interstate, thus, the noise is exceptionally loud and it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. The grounds could be cleaned up as well as there are pieces of trash and dog poop in the grass. It is a nice little place to stay for the night passing through but could use some improvements.

A beautiful campground!

This is our favorite place to stay when visiting the Capitol Reef area! We have been here a few times now and keep coming back! The views of the canyons are breathtaking and very close to downtown Torrey. The sites are well maintained and groomed daily, as well as clean. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Some of the sites along the back near the fence are a bit tight, however the pull throughs are spacious. We have also stayed in the cabins before and are cute and roomy with nice private back “yards” and front porches with chairs. The pool area is a bit small for the size of the campground and could use some upkeep, however still enjoyable. The gift shop is a must see and the best one near Capitol Reef! There are many clothes, trinkets, Native American decor, and camping supplies to choose from. There is now a grille however it is expensive. Sites are gravel with some full hookup and other partial hookup. It was a bit noisy due to the campground being full and the sites are somewhat close together and close to the cabins. The campground could use some more room as they have tried to fit a lot of sites and amenities into a “smaller” campground. The views are truly breathtaking and easy access to hiking trails, OHV trails. This is a must visit campground if you are looking to take in the beauty of the colorful Utah canyons!

Sweet, Well Maintained, Campground!

This is a beautiful, maintained campground right outside of Mesa Verde National Park. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The gentleman even escorted us to our site. The sites are nicely spaced out on gravel, and are clean and well kept. Many places to sit and relax such as an outdoor patio, two hot tubs, a pool, ponds, etc. We had full hook up which was exactly what we wanted. The campground did fill up by evening. There is a bit of a sewer smell when the wind blows due to their sewer treatment site being in close proximity to the campground, however, it was manageable and didn’t notice the smell much. The wifi became slower as more people were on it in the evening. There is not much cell service for AT&T. This is a sweet little campground definitely worth checking out.

A gem in the Colorado Mountains!

This is a beautiful and breathtaking scenic campground. We stayed in site 34 next to a bubbling creek. Very quiet, only a few other campers. The vegetation is beautiful, the air smells refreshing, and the water is extremely clean. We used the stream water for our RV. The campsite was very level and well taken care of, and perfect for our 26’ RV. This is a gem in the mountains! Highly recommend staying here!

A Great Stop In Kansas

A nice little campground near Hays! The site was well kept and was an easy pull through, full hookup. Nice quiet campground.

A Great Cheap Stay!

This is a nice campground with full hookup in the middle of the state fairgrounds. The host is very friendly and gave us a golf cart ride around the fairgrounds and took us to the farmers market. Site was a bit dirty, however the state fair had just ended. The sites are all on pavement, parking lot style.

Nice Little Spot

The campground is beautiful and the sites are spacious. The views are incredible! It is very nice and quiet, however, the sites are very open, so not much privacy. The kitties at the campground are a nice friendly welcoming committee!
