The campground is beautiful but most sites are fairly close to the highway. Pretty loud at night. A moose wandered by one evening. The scenery and convenient location to steamboat outweigh the road noise issue.

Short 12-15 minute drive north from Ketchum/Sun Valley.  Only 1* off because of slight road noise but it is probably not an issue for most sites.  We were pretty close to the highway and it still was not too loud.

Camp Host named Rich is very helpful.  $7 firewood for sale each evening.

Great location.  Sites are a little cramped but it is a very well run campground.

We stayed on a Sunday night and the sites on either side of us were empty.  Very calm.  Beautiful location.  I can see where it could be slightly cramped if the campground is full, but it was perfect for us.
