This campground was mainly for large luxury RV’s - all pushed together on huge concrete pads. There are about 10 spots on the river that are somewhat rustic- private and have full hookups. The views were gorgeous. Leavenworth is a little over 2 miles away.
Nice area to go in the spring because it’s generally 10 degrees warmer than Spokane - nice boat launches- docks and mooring- full hook ups - showers- restaurant and store,
Nice little resort with a store- hookups - docks and boat launch. The lake is a small lake but is a good fishing lake. The resort does have a swim beach.
Beautiful river waters and some sandy beaches. The kettle river is usually good for swimming and floating from the beginning of July until the end of August. Lots of bald eagles and other birds to watch. n
Full hookups at campground-also has a store and hot showers along with a seasonal outdoor pool. Some sites are crammed together on the concrete while others like we got are private and more rustic. The town is a couple miles away.
Overall a nice place to spend a weekend.
Nice treed and private campground. The spots are huge! Nice swim beach along with lots of trails to explore. Offers both first come and reservable sites. It is on the North West side of Priest Lake and close to the thouroghfare.
There is the state park and 3 other resorts on the lake. All have full hook ups.
lake Roosevelt offers miles and miles of sandy shoreline, private beaches and pristine waters along with great fishing.
Lionhead is by far my favorite campground of hundreds I’ve been to. it’s designed more for tent camping of very small rv’s such as truck campers or tent trailers. There are numerous trails to explore and the beach is beautiful white sand with crystal clear water. Indian Creek is also nice and has a store with everything you could need and ice cream by the scoop. Indian Creek also has full and partial hookup sites - free hot showers- and boat slips to rent.
Small campground but private sites. Pit toilets were the cleanest I’ve ever seen. There is a nice trail that goes around the lake where you will see a variety of wildlife. No cell service or hookups. There is one manual pump water fixture. Fishing is limited to trout.
