We stayed the whole weekend. This is a very steep campground, so just be warned! Our site was at the bottom of some old stone stairs so setting up and packing up were a struggle. The lake was fantastic. The water felt good, we barely saw any litter, and the water was very clear! Also, check your electrical box before you stick your hand in there. I got a major wasp sting!
This is one of my favorite campgrounds. Spaces aren’t too close together, the lake is nice, and everything is well kept. There is no cell service so it’s a great trip to take if you’re wanting yourself or your family to unplug and relax.
This campground has been fun for my partner and I. The shower rooms were a little gross, but we just wore our shower shoes and didn’t touch any walls lol. The hiking trails and frisbee golf has been super fun! We would definitely stay again, just in a more remote spot. Our site was in area 2 and they are very close to one another.
