I love this place

Camping at this Campground is a place that is well managed, clean and very nice.  IT is 9 miles from Wells Maine which is on the ocean.  LOTS OF GREAT restaurants there and nearby, like Ogunquit Maine and York Maine, etc.  THERE is plenty to do if you canoe or kayak, there is a pond right there, there is a swimming area in the pond.  There are many seasonals that come back year after year and love the place.  I have camped there for a weekend, a week and for a 6 week period one summer.  WE travel all over and this smaller campground is really a gem.  The owners are right there day in and day out, it is clean and pretty quiet even though there are many kids there camping but they pay attention to the rules so we all can have a ball.  Try it, you'll like it but do go out and see the ocean and shop.  About an hour from Freeport Maine, Also Portland is not far and great food there.  RT 1 is full of antique stores so get out of the well-known towns and that will be fun, York Lighthouse is a nice take as well.

Normandy Farm Family RV resort

Normandy Farm Family RV Park is one of the best of the best in the USA. It is located easily off RT 495 and not far off Rt 95 in Foxboro MA.  It has all amenities one would want, kids are safe and lots to do.  They have a small fishing pond, a number of pools, hot tub etc.  Lots to do around the campground like a casino in the next town, Gillette Stadium down the road, cranberry bogs and so much more to do around the campground including a discount shopping center in Wrentham MA.  The management is by one family and they keep the campgrounds impeccably, they are right on top of problems and the problems are solved very quickly if there are any problems at all.  The sites have some distance between sites and staff want to help in every way they can.  I have stored my rig with them for 21 years and never a problem and do camp there when I get a chance.  They do charge more than some campgrounds but they give you more than any campground I have stayed at.

A true 5 star campground!

There is NOTHING you could want and not have at this campground/RV resort!  The family that runs it are at it 24/7 so you have the time of your life.  Many pools and one is adults only, there are all kinds of activities every weekend day.  Ball field, dog park, it has every thing including smiles!!  I actually store my rig here so I see the cleanliness of this park and the care that goes out to all campers!!

Very nice

WE camped here in 2018 winter and had a very good time.  Other than February and if you are older than 55 or so you must move out after 2 weeks and sometimes if enough sites you can move to another site.  In February they allow 4 weeks stay.  Some sites are very level and some not so much, some smaller and some bigger.  Pretty nice staff at the store and check in.  The beach is gorgeous and a walk from campsites.  Lots of great restaurants down the road and across the street is the Brookgreen Gardens which is a wonderful place to walk around and admire the plantings,  there is wildlife area and you can take a ride up the river and see how life was back in the day.  WONDERFUL place.

WE love this place

You are a sand dune away from the ocean, you pass over a causeway to get to the SP and Campground.  There are alligators on both sides of the causeway, multiple birds lurking and flying in and out along the causeway with viewing places.  The campground is very nice, most sites have NO sewer sites but they have water and electric.  There are a few sites with sewer sites and there is, of course, a sewer dump station.  The beach is gorgeous and LONG!!!  You are not far from Myrtle Beach, from Georgetown and about 2 hours away from Charleston SC.  Great place.

Fantastic Campground

This is one of the best campgrounds you will ever come to, it is beautiful, manicured, has a number of pools and a rec hall filled with things to do.  It has a dog park and has owners that are one family who makes this place hum!!! It is not a 5 star, it is a 10 star!!!  Campsites are immaculate, well spaced, they crew are all well versed in helping you have your best time.  Some sites have sewer water and electric and some no sewer but there are dump stations around the campground.  There is a ball park in this RV resort. Much of the roads are paved.  They have reasonable rules that are expected to be abided by.  They have multiple activities for adults and children.  They have an adult only pool and other pools for both adults and kids.  Near train station to Boston but you need a car to get to it, they may have a jitney but not sure about that to get you to the train and back from the train.  1.0 hour to the beginning of the Cape Cod area.  I highly recommend a visit here!!!

Very nice mostly wooded campground

This campground is nestled in the mountains, it is open year round as snowmobilers go in the winter, there are many seasonals but well kept for sure.  The owners are very nice and are available for you at anytime really if there is a problem.   We come up with a group we belong to for the last 3 or 4 years and have enjoyed it thoroughly each time.  Electric, Water and Sewer available.  Some sites might be small for large RVs but the hosts ask what size of rig you have and get you a site that can be gotten into.  It is near lots of hiking and kayaking sites to visit.  Littleton NH is a pretty town and has the largest candy store.  Photography is beautiful up there.

I like this campground

This is NOT a fancy campground, it is a real campground that bends over backward to make it a pleasure to be there. Sites are large enough so that you feel you have your own site and stretch out some.  Good electric etc, some sites with sewer.  WE camp on a site on the river, some sites you can hear the river rushing over the rocks and some not but we like the view of the river when outside.  We like exploring wherever we camp and Braintree is very interesting and has interesting surrounding towns etc.

Very nice Campground

I have come to this campground every year for about 20 years and have seen it change hands and change but remain a very nice campground.  It has wooded sites and sites out in the open, some by the water and some by a little tiny man made pond.  Well manicured, about 4 miles or so into Boothbay Harbor Maine.  Great shopping, hiking, being a tourist, go to Damariscotta or get a lobster down one of the peninsulas.  See Puffins if you take the boat out to see them.  There are a zillion things to do and the campground houses you so you can do all those things.  Shore Hills is in a great location.

Well run Campground

WE come here every year with our group, RVing Women Northeast Network for our first rally of the season each year for a number of years,  The reason we come back is the way we are treated, because they have pavilions that have a campfires pit and the roof is made so it takes the smoke straight up out of the pavilion yet is protective of those under the roof from rain etc.  VERY enjoyable.  We all park around this Pavillon.  IT is well kept, kids are entertained by parents and fishing etc.  Parties are present but they have quiet hour and it seems to be obeyed.
