This is a very quiet and peaceful camp. Even though its springbreak and lots of kids, everyone is very respectful of thier neighbors. We're really enjoying our stay. The only downfall I had to pay an extra $10 a day to use the handicap spot because thier in the new section.
Great place for camping in the peace and quiet!! The park was surprisingly full! But it seems everyone was just enjoying nature and the peacefulness that you feel while in the park, it was great! We will be visiting again.
This place is very nice, but no one is enforcing the rules. Dogs being walked with no leashes, and not picking up behind them. 9 year olds driving golf carts with the adults on the back. Kids in hot tub, even diapered babies, and I saw an offensive flag flying. All of these have rules against them at the park, but I saw no one patrolling the park to enforce any of it! They need to pave the roads, it's so full of potholes and uneven pavement very rough to drive. There's a very small section of paved sites. The rest is on uneven graveled ground and so close together I couldn't walk between our site and the RV parked next to us. Sites NOT assigned, we were told to go find a spot, then come back and tell them what spot we were in. It was so crowded that this process took us about 45 minutes to do. Then go back and get the parking passes for the park. If not for all that I would have given this park 5 stars.
This is a nice park, but it has a lot of mosquitos so bring your bug spray.
Very nice park, but the entrance to the campgrounds was a little confusing. But we've figured it out. Very peaceful.
This park is gorgeous! We only spent one night here but we will definitely be back!! Love this park. Bathroom & shower were clean. Campgrounds were clean and well manicured. We were right on the lake! And the view from our RV was beautiful.
What a great resort! Staffer Scott was fantastic! Great attitude! This place is a gem! It feels secluded but it is in a well-populated area. I felt very safe and secure being here. Comfortable enough to take a walk at 5:30 am! Everything is very clean, bathrooms, grills, swings, pool, and hot tube. The laundry room is modern and very clean.
Our stay was for 2 nights but we asked to stay an extra night and they were very accommodating!
The area was very peaceful and we slept very well in this park. I would recommend this park to anyone.
The park is nice. Well kept and clean bathrooms. But the Mosquitoes are out of control, so bring plenty of repellent or prepare to be eaten alive!
