Just off route 12 about 5 miles to Bryce Canyon entrance. No WiFi at sites, but it is available by store & laundry, but cellular is good here. Shade trees help with sun exposure.

Nicely laid out RV park. Bathrooms very clean. Nice laundry. Right next to Fairmont Hot Springs.

Beautiful park on the river. Sites gravel, but level and well maintained.

Nice appearance, but not desirable. No sewer connection or place to dump. Spaces not well marked and uneven. Bathroom and showers rundown and not cleaned. Other amenities not taken care of.

Spaces are tight and only 2 pull throughs in the park. No cable, and Wi Fi is pay per day.
