Nice Little Place to Stop

A city maintained park in Lincoln Kansas with 30 and 50 amp plugs, dumping station, and a nice park next door. And $20! 😀

Nice, clean, shade

This is a fairly well maintained Corp of Engineers park. Large bathroom facility was clean and well-maintained. Many of the sites were very level and there are many sites right down near the water.

Beautiful

Arkansas is awesome for camping. Camping right along the river below Nimrod Dam

A place to stop

Ferry near I-20. Basically a big gravel parking lot with hookups. Bathrooms were clean people were nice. A decent place to stop for a night sleep but not to hang out for very long.

Clean and well-kept

A little bit off the beaten path play very nice State Park with clean level sites clean bathrooms.

Great place for a stop.

Not too far off of I-26 about a half mile down a well-maintained gravel road. Plenty of level campsites. Two out houses that seem to be cleaned about once a week. Fire pits and picnic tables at most campsites.

Hidden Gem

This is a great Campground if you're not looking for a bunch of frou-frou amenities. The road is well maintained but can be very steep in places so make sure you have some tread on your tires. No garbage cans so pack in and pack out. No generators allowed. But clean campsites and plenty of toilets. There's even a primitive hot shower. The people are very friendly both the campers and the people who operate the camp. Wood is available on-site $5 for 10 pieces or you can pack your wood in. I will definitely be back.
