The last two times I went to Silverwood I was REALLY disappointed. Loud people and parties until 2am couldn't sleep. Large groups with loud speakers! Rented a boat, wow the man was rude. Will NOT be going back.
The views were beautiful but the lake was pretty low. Camp sites are very nice but not much privacy between sites. I would definitely go back
The camping is tight because there isn't designated camp sites. But the sound of the stream is peaceful at night and wonderful sound to fall asleep to. Beware people cutting through your campsite to get in and out of water. Not sure if we'll go back.
There has never been tent camping allowed here. There is RV or trailer camping but no tent and no bathrooms here. Make sure you check the water quality since it can be an issue at times since it is near the Mexico border.
