Nice. But for the price could be better.

We stayed three days at Northlake Village over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2021. We had a family gathering to go to in Keller, Texas and this RV park was convenient. From my own observations, it looks like this particular park caters to long term rentals more than it does short term. While staying here we met a few'residence' who had been there for months. Despite this, the grounds are well maintained and so are the facilities; pool, fitness room, laundry and bathrooms. Because it was a holiday (Thanksgiving) the rental rate was quite high. So, I expected a very nice place. So, it was disappointing to discover that the FREE WiFi didn't work. The office was not open due to the holiday, or perhaps Covid. So, I didn't bother to see if it could be fixed. I have a sneaky suspicion that the WiFi service we were given to connect to is not the one that long term renters get to use. In the future, I will look for another RV park.

Nicely shaded place to stay

A quiet and not overly crowded RV park. The bathroom and shower facilities were very clean. The rec room is spacious.  Michelle was a friendly and helpful host. I would definitely stay again. Note: this is inland from Rockport beach, so there were plenty of mosquitoes in July. So, bring some bug spray. Say hello to Mr. Raccoon in the dumpster if you go.

Great location and worth the effort!

Maintained by Nueces County Coastal Parks. Smaller, 30-amp sites are closest to the beach and Bob Hall Pier. Just a short stroll to the beach over a sand berm. Pier was closed for maintenance during our stay. No issue with water or electric. Felt safe and secure with all-hour gate entry. Bathroom and showers were like a rustic beach house without the charm. Great for the price if you don't mind roughing it a little.
