We reserved a one-night stay 6 weeks in advance for the Friday night of Memorial Day Weekend. We received a call 2 weeks before our stay telling us they won't honor the reservation because they've decided to impose a three-night minimum for the holiday weekend. We would either have to come a day early or cancel the reservation. Many times we could be flexible, but this is one time we're not due to family and business commitments. Now, of course, it's impossible to get a night at another park. We can't speak to the experience staying at the park, but be advised that your reservation is very loose and there may be last minute changes in policies.
We stayed here for a week and did some motorcycle day trips. Good base of operations for hill country adventures. Staff here are very friendly. Super clean, well-laid out RV park. Combination of pull-through and back-in sites. All sites are concrete with decent room between rigs. Hook ups are in good condition. There’s a nice playground, putting green, a stream for catch and release fishing. Good cell and streaming speeds on Verizon and AT&T. Set in the middle of 100-year-old pecan trees and miniature horses in the pasture. I deducted 1 star due to some road noise - not super loud but definitely noticeable.
This park has great proximity to Vegas action and is centrally located for day trips around the area. Staff and security are excellent. Layout of the park and sites are extremely small, and amenities are limited. Plan on spending time out and about enjoying what Vegas has to offer.
