Stacy was wonderful to work with and we really enjoyed our stay. Large wide RV spaces with full hookups with great views of the river. This park also offers cabins as well as vintage trailers for your stay. There is a lovely walking/biking trail that also has picnic tables and BBQ grills.
We had a wonderful stay at the RV Village. It is a paved RV parking area with full hookups including water and sewer. We felt very safe. We stayed for 5 days and still couldn't see it all. Great back country hikes and lots of off road trails that require a high clearance 4 wheel drive vehicle (We saw regular cars on the trails as well) and the roads are well graded at this time of year. There are so many places to bike as well. Kids will enjoy the fossil exhibit. The night sky was incredible.
Nice clean park with pool, laundry/showers and large dog park. There is a café on site and provides home cooked meals at a reasonable price. Dump station and propane on site. All hookups are 30/50 amp electric with water and sewer. Many drive through sites to accommodate large rigs or rigs towing a vehicle. Free WiFi. There is also a tenting area with parking for tenters.
Pool and hot tub, laundry, showers, fishing, free wifi. The dog area is large and has a place to wash your dog. Plenty of trees for shade and they accommodate 30 and 50 amp electric with water and sewer. There is also a dump station. Nice play ground for children. Beautiful walking/biking trail around the large pond.
Such a nice park. Big wide spaces. Pool and laundry available.
Good location between Houston, Tx and Pensacola, Fl. Nice host and the sites are well maintained. Close to grocery and gas. Lots of pull through sites for longer rigs. Pool and playground for kiddies. Good size dog park as well. Sites are grass and gravel and are pretty level.
Very nice RV Campground with large dog park, laundry, and cleaned showers and toilets. Easy drive to see the Johnson Space Center.
Many amenities including a clean pool site, clean showers, and bathrooms. They have a small grocery store as well. The laundry area is clean and well maintained. $40 per night cost this park one star.
No one on site you make your reservation and that's the last time you hear a human voice. All facilities are closed so no propane, laundry or showers available. No place to dump your garbage. What do they have? Water and electricity. You give them your credit card info and that's it. Pro: beautiful scenery and shaded spots.
Sites are not well defined but once you know where to park the sites are quite large. No real shade is available as the trees are desert spindly. There has been no one in the office and we were told to just park anywhere.
We are in site F30 and have been enjoying our beautiful shaded site. All sites have full hookups picnic table and barbecue grill. Each morning I have been enjoying my coffee and my visit from Mrs. Elk who trims the tree branches and eats the fallen acorns. Our site is a walkable distance to shuttle busses. Shuttles will take you to all major sites of interest free of charge. Shower facilities (price) and laundry is located in the Market Place which is also on shuttle stop. The Market Place has a restaurant, bank and grocery store. The canyon is beautiful and inspiring.
This campground dosn't have Wifi available for the sites but does have high speed in the diner and pavilion areas that are air-conditioned with nice workspaces. The kids loved the pool and there is a covered area that is shaded to sit and enjoy watching them. Nice staff but office is closed Sat and Sun but your reservation information will be available in a covered area by the office door. You can also receive your mail here! We only stayed 2 days but enjoyed them.
Level gravel sites and pleasant oleander trees throughout the area. Sites are clean. Laundry, showers and bathrooms are clean. Nice big pool. They also sell propane.
We like this park good value for the money. They have propane as well.
Limited sites but all have full hookups and they are all pull through.
