Great stop, family friendly!

KOA did not disappoint here. Right off the highway, there is some road noise but for someone passing through it was great because it didn’t add more miles to our trip. We have a 5th wheel so with the AC running at night we didn’t hear the road noise.

Spots are wide enough to allow space and not on top of neighbors. We got a deluxe patio site. Very convenient so we did not have to pull out are grill and outdoor furniture for just an overnight stay. Had a fire pit and gas grill (that was remarkably clean and had all clean utensils inside for grilling!)

The store has fresh pizza and ice cream available, as well as some small grocery needs, and there is a big selection for Rv accessories/parts.

The kids loved the pool. There are 2 pools one circular one 3ft on sides 6 in the center. And a smaller rectangle one that is a kiddie pool. My son is 40 inches and he could touch the entire length. They have a gator pulling train cart, pedal carts, a jumping pad, basketball hoops that are adjustable and an outdoor ping pong table. Also a playground that could use some updates. And a fenced in dog park.

Overall a great stop for one night, and if I ever find myself driving through Kansas again I will definitely stay again.

Clean, cute, accomodating

We called the morning of our stay to make an overnight reservation as we were just passing through. She was very nice and was able to accommodate. The office is open until 7. Pool hours are 9am-7pm. There’s a very nice updated playground and a pond with a walking path around it.

The place is very well taken care of. If we ever came back this way we would stay again.

Quick overnight

Stayed one night as a pass through. It looks like an awesome campground with a lot of activities but we arrived at 610pm and the office closed at 6. They left a map for us but my kids were very disappointed the pool was already closed. They have a golf course here but it was closed when we arrived too. The amenities don’t appear to open until noon so we won’t be able to use them because it is just a pass through stop but it does look like fun! Military discount dropped the price from 50 to 37 dollars per night.

Would probably give it a higher rating if we could have used the amenities before hopping back on the road. Hours of operation are limited.

Spots are slightly tight. A lot of full time residents living here

Well maintained, clean

We stayed for just an overnight stay. It was very clean and very well maintained. The manager was very sweet and super accommodating to our last minute request. It’s an RV only site. Has a small area for dogs.

Otherwise I see it as just a place to park. No other things for kids there… but your in the pan handle of Florida so using it as just somewhere to sleep at night isn’t bad if you utilize the beaches and such.

All concrete pads, full hook up, wifi available quick access to stores.

Great quiet clean spot!

Management was super friendly and accommodating. Office is open until 10pm which accommodated us getting in late. All the spots were very well kept. While we were there, there was no one camped on either side of us! It was awesome!

They have some animals in the property that the kids loved seeing! Small dog area but proportionate to the size of the rv park. Great overnight stop!

Clean and nice views

We had a great time! The site fit our 38' RV just fine, the camp fire set up was clean and offered seating on the rocks with great views! The park was recently taken over by the city and is now $20 a night. Good hiking and biking trails.
