This is a parking lot at the fair grounds. I'm sure it's fine for people traveling for the fair but not what I would consider camping.
Nice park. You can reserve spaces to backpack along the rei water trail and stay the night to test gear. Not huge, no crazy obstacles but great for last minute trips close to the city.
Amazing hikes and plenty of wildlife. The spaces are small but accommodate an RV or a single tent. Bear boxes and toilets close to everything.
Hike in camp sites are awesome. You still have access to latrines and each site has a table an fire ring. Fairly succluded but you will see other people. Very close to all the places you would want to hike . The girls in the office are also very nice.
Bring a cart or be prepared to strap all your belongings to your back
great place to camp and kayak. must camp 150ft from the trail. no cell service.beautiful park
Absolutely one of the best parks in the state. The camping is just a Field. Kind of disappointing
Nice place to rent or bring your own boats . Staff is great and they have cabins available. Nice showers and restrooms
We waited awhile to be able to get in here. It was awesome. Tipis are very cool and the outdoor shower is my favorite part. Short hike to the Rock bridge. Well worth it
