Ok for short stay or if you are a worker and not in the park a lot. Road nice is really loud even in the back of the park. Construction company behind is loud too. Laundry and rec room were nice. Several dogs run loose through the park. Be prepared to pick up poop so you don't step in it. Crawfish shrimp and crab stand on the weekend makes great food. Dog area isn't fenced so if your dog is a runner this won't hold them.
