Nearly prefect camping. At Citt of Rocks you wIll fInd a wonderful opportunity to view the native wildlife of NM. Noteworthy: the stars, the trails, and opportunity for climbing and jumping on rocks. This park is great for kids.

Things to be cautious about: We almost stepped on a camouflage rattlesnake, the bees take over the drinkimg water (if you turn it slowly, they don’t seem to be bothered), and the bathrooms weren’t as good as they could have been.

All and all, it was a great geological experience.
