Small backin sites

Hard surface parking with grass surround and gravel picnic table area.Newer power 30 and 50 amp. Good att cell signal but no satellite view in most sites. Current RV rate is $22. Fairly level sites.

New King section open in Palisades

Totally new entrance with easy access to new section that will handle larger RVs with toads. Open area with no shade but easy placement for satellite reception on RV or ground. New hard surface roads with gravel sites.

Quiet rural stop in middle of nowhere - Nebraska

The sites are mostly level and well groomed grass with 2 new concrete handicap spots. The 30 amp and 50 amp power was proper voltage and dependable. Access to clear line of site to south for Dish or Directv is difficult due to heavy tree population. Non-Nebraska resident requires $14 pass in addition to the $30 fee with electric.  Potable water is available and dump station is easily accessible with a rinse water source. Ingress and egress is good with gravel road surfaces in park. The restrooms and showers are very clean and accessible.

Scenic and quiet location

Small campground surrounded by very scenic rock perimeter. Fairly level electric sites that are easily reserved online. Very quiet night with almost zero traffic. We have stayed twice and will most like;y return additional times. Appreciate the site reservation marked with our name and convenient trash can at the site. Large site with covered picnic table on concrete patio is superb.

Noisy and off site management.

Online reservation works well and emailed instructions do work. But, management is offsite and do answer phone for assistance. Not ideal. Observations: Very clean restrooms and showers. The single entrance is a high center risk with lots of scrape marks from RV dragging. Lot is very large gravel and a bit difficult to walk upon. Location sits directly on the highway with lots of traffic noise. We experienced major disturbance about 1 am with quads racing around lot, throwing gravel, etc., resulting in law enforcement removing locals….not RV people. We were given small spot 9 next to dog fenced area that is very small….not what was reserved, but phone call remedied that.

Nice appearance anc close to Taos activity

Very popular park that is a ways off of the noisy highway. We would recommend the stay.
