Beautiful trees on site. Right off 1-75, so a great pull thru site to rest for the evening. I think she said they would only be open for 15 more days-campground was sold.
Beautiful park to pass through for Christmas night on the Lake with snow!! Beautiful site with lots of trees. They communicated with me because we were getting in on Christmas night & can’t wait to return to stay a few nights next time.
We stayed here for a week over New Years and we will definitely stay here again!! Small campground with 25 sites, pool, beach and marina! We were able to rent a boat right from one of the company’s at the marina for the day-so convenient. Eddie, kept the place clean. He had such a great positive attitude and loved his job. Once we were checked in, we didn’t need anything else & they left us alone. This resort was perfect. The one negative, but not sure they could do anything about them-I would say they should spray for the No see um’s because both my husband and I got eaten alive!!
We were headed up north from our week vacation in the keys and stopped here for the night. Great pull through concrete patio with fire pit!! We had a issues with our water a few days ago, so we had to use the shower at the facility and it was good. We used the family shower and it was clean and a perfect place to rest for the night!
A great campground right off of I-75, right on a Lake. Beautiful views just walking distance from our site. Definitely a lot of full time people at this park.
We visited this park in 2018 on our 15th wedding anniversary trip out to New England-1st stop Niagara Falls and found this gem. The sites were nothing to write home about, but the Lake was a small walk away from our site. Electric site only, but water and dump on site.
I just went to check this campground out and it had one site that I would like to stay on. Site 71 was right on a dune with stairs to see the lake!
One night stop in this great state park. No thrills, just beautiful nature(forest, dunes, and lake)! No full hook, just electric. But water and dump onsite.
We enjoyed our time at Mackinaw Mill Creek Camping! We stay a week and stayed on two different sites and loved both, but the lake front view was definitely the best. Great view of the bridge and island! Beautiful Sunsets! Biggest campground we have ever stayed at. They pack them in-small sites, but run like a well oiled machine. The store had all the items we needed or forgot. We were close to the bike trail that went into Mackinaw City, it was a 3 miles to town. Definitely worth the drive!!
We were able to stay here for three nights! We loved our site, how quiet the campground was and how close we were to the beach! Site 62
