This camp is quiet and family run. It's in a great location between the White River and Bull Shoals Lake. It's also in a great location for an easy drive to Branson for an afternoon
This campground was designed perfectly with family and couples in mind. The sites aren't very big but they are set up in such a way that even if someone parks next to you, it will not ruin your view. The amenities they have are beyond belief and the staff cannot be more kind. I'm so glad we tried this resort. Look forward to many many many more visits
Great Park for family with kids. Nice swimming holes, cool bridges that you have to go across and beautiful views for the parents to relax too.
Great location and felt very safe. We were able to walk to downtown Little Rock or rent an electric scooter. There were plenty of things to do or you could just sit and watch the river. I would definitely stay here again
Stay during off-season. The park was very clean and quiet. Park rangers routinely patrolled and it felt very safe.
Far enough away from Branson that you don't have to worry about all the hustle. Close enough to Branson that if you want to get to shop you can. Lots of activities for families or if you just want to stay at your campsite and enjoy the view. Both are spectacular
Wonderful COE park. Can be crowded in the summer but very quiet. Lots of summer activities to do. Views are beautiful. Hiking is closed. So is water sports
We have stayed at this park many times over the last few years and have never been disappointed in the scenery or our neighbors. The park rangers are extremely friendly and helpful and make sure their guests are safe. Would not hesitate to stay there alone
We have stated this camp many times over the past several years. We have stayed both directly on the creek and on the upper full hookup sites. We could not be happier with this campground. It is safe family friendly and quiet. The owners do not put up with loud music or loud parties. It is a great place for a family
Park was a friendly Oasis along the banks of the Mississippi River. The park is family owned and they take pride in keeping it clean and making sure all campers are happy and well taken care of. The hosts went above and beyond what is expected of a private campground. And a bonus was being able to watch the river boats in the river barges go by during the day
We have been going here over 3 years and try to go 3 or 4 times a year. They continue to upgrade trails and add beautiful camping spots. This is a family room ranch and Donny and Lynn are wonderful hosts. I always come home feeling reconnected with myself and family
This was a great little park and stay at while we were in fort Smith. The price was right and operated by a family and the whole family chips in to run the park. The hosts were very accommodating and the military police patrolled the park. I definitely would stay here again
This party is awesome for couples or families. Closer to the lake and had it's own swimming beach. Nice bathhouses and grounds well kept. Hosts are very nice and enjoyed the friendliness of everybody. This will definitely be a return campground yearly.
We were going to buy the resort package until we went to this campground. The sites were small(some spaces were so small my husband couldn't even get his truck into the spot easily), no noise ordinance and campground was not very kept up. The other thing is that they say they are much safer than public RV parks because it's a private entity, but they will let anybody stay a few nights if you're willing to listen to the sales pitch. I know for a fact the people that were in the next sight (our awning almost touched the hook-up side of neighbors RV), he told my husband he was a felon 7 times for violent crimes and he had to register as a sex offender. He was 2 sites from the pool. That didn't make us feel safe. At least with public parks, you don't get a false sense of security. Here they sell the safety issue of the private resort and one of their sales points. Also if you don't buy into one of their memberships, they begin to call you moochers the rest of the weekend. Also picnic table was so off balance because the deck was so uneven that when you sat on the end it would actually throw you off onto the ground. I still have scars. also the park is so crammed that strange people will just hang out very close to your campsite
We stayed in 2 spots. The first one was beautiful and not much traffic. The next 3 nights, we felt like we on a highway. We also had people walk right through our camp on more than one occasion to walk their dog then left their waste. And no sewer hook up, cell service, wifi or TV.
Lol forward to going here several times a year. It's my mom's favorite park of all time. The grounds are clean and secure. The location between the 2 old bridges make a perfect backdrop at any time if the day.
I've stayed at this park a few times and I've never been disappointed. You can see the river from most camp sites. Some sites have private access to White River. The park has many hiking trails and bike trails. They have guided tours by Park Rangers that are very informative about the Ozarks and native species. This park is one of our favorites and always look forward to going back.
Sites are level. Closer to water and shopping. Hosts are very friendly and this will be our go to spot when visiting Branson. The dog run was very clean and had agility bridge set up for exercise. Loved sitting in the docks and watching the water. Also, they have 2 trolley stops in park.
