100 Acre: Quiet & Peaceful

We reserved a full hook up 50a pull through for 3 nights as we toured the northeast. Check in was a little tricky, as we missed the “REGISTRATION” sign at the Lodge and had to drive around again. We were directed to our site across the street in the 100 Acre Wood and set up rather easily. Water pressure was good, road noise was minimal, sites are spaced apart well, enough mature tree growth for shade and hammock! Used the pool at the resort once (a little chilly), and purchased some beer in the camp store. Service was always polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!!

30’ & Under

Reserved a pull through site (site 60) over the 4th of July for a couple nights with our 36’ 5th wheel. Make sure your GPS app directs your to the correct address!!! Heavily wooded campground on the Saco River, with beach access. The pull through was very narrow, uphill and sandy with many tall mature trees on either side. Leveling was a challenge. Many renters with rafts, lots of cars parked nearby. Many warnings (potential of eviction notice given at check-in) of quiet time and cleanliness posted, but there were loud fireworks nearby at night. Office staff was very friendly. Water pressure good, 30 amp full hookup, no TV air channels, no cable. WiFi was decent. Leaving our site at check out took 20-30 minutes with 3 people helping spot and asking many campers to help by moving vehicles. Very pretty place, but would not recommend for large campers. It’s a nice campground, but not suited for large campers.

Pretty Good

We chose this location to visit Acadia, Bar Harbor, and the island. We reserved a full hook up (back in), and were directed by an employee to our site. We incurred damage to our vehicle relying on the eyes/directions of an employee. The sites are very close together, some are shaded, some not. Our sewer dump was 3 ft or less from the neighbors fire pit, spotty WiFi, tv antenna only grabbed 4 public access channels. Good water pressure. Playground and pool looked nice. Free shuttle service to Acadia and Bar Harbor available. It was quiet on the 4th if July, no fireworks in the campground. We would likely stay elsewhere if we visit the area again.

Peace & Quiet, Great Location!

We stayed on site A-31 for 3 nights with full hookup while we checked out Cape Cod. Campground is lovely, with many trees (and birds) and close proximity to the bike trail and town of Brewster. A little dusty because of the sand lot and roads. Well stocked camp store and friendly staff, would definitely stay here again.

Great Overnight Spot!

We stopped here for the night and it was very pretty, quiet, and clean. The roads are narrow and hilly, but we pull a 36’ 5th wheel (mid-profile) and we had. I issues with branches. They had a oversized, long pull through available (site 88) that made entering and exiting the site nice and easy. 50amp and water was used, didn’t dump. The office staff was polite and kind, chatted with a couple campers that were also very pleasant. A little highway noise, but would still recommend staying here. My teenagers even enjoyed the playground! Very nice yard games area with many options, grounds well maintained, we didn’t use the bathrooms.
