A hikers dream

I absolutely LOVED this campground! The campsites are at the base of a mountain with tons of great hiking trails within the park. They even had a food truck most days, so you really don't have to leave the campground unless you want to. They are also dog friendly. The location is also within an hour of Asheville and thirty minutes from lots of other great mountain towns. I'd definitely stay here again!

Woodsy and beautiful

This is one of my favorite campgrounds. Located on a semi rural area, the sites are very wooded and quiet. There was a lake nearby with an open sky where you could see hundreds of stars at night. Pets are allowed and the bathrooms are in good shape.

Mountainis and dog friendly

This was a beautiful campground located up a mountain. It was very quite with large sized lots. Dog friendly with a corner store and restaurant nearby. Awesome mountain views and hiking.

Resort campground with lots of activities

This was a fun campground with lots of activities included with your rental. They have a huge pool, pickle ball, tennis, mini golf, basketball, and kayaks. It is also a dog friendly campground.

Rustic, water views, and dog friendly

They have multiple campgrounds, we stayed on the dog friendly one. The campground had a very rustic feeling with lots of trees. We were very close to the water and fishing. There is a dog beach within a 5 minute ridw that is also part of the grounds.
